Who this is for

Founders at the start. You have a product, or you are about to. You want help on shipping, AI in the loop, or the first version that does not look generated.

I have been the founder-CTO twice: VenueSafe (idea to sale in six months) and Fingertip (sold to Linktree). I now ship AI at Linktree. The guide is the public version of how I work.
