Stacked cards

Three-card pile that spreads into a row on click

Three cards sit in a pile, two tilted six degrees behind a third sitting flat. Click anywhere on the stack and they straighten, scale up and slide out into a row; click again and they fold back.

Each card keeps its z-index through the whole 0.6s transition, so the flat card that started on top is still on top after travelling the furthest, which is what stops the spread reading as a reshuffle.
